A tale of love for tradition, guarded by nature
Not just selfies of the iconic places of the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast, but an authentic journey, made of encounters, gestures, and stories. Here, beauty is not just to be admired, but to be lived: in the flavors of a cuisine tied to the land, in the paths that reveal unexpected views, in the stories of those who inhabit and live this territory every day. Because the true memory to take with you is not a photograph, but an experience that becomes part of you.

Astapiana at a glance

Nestled between the sky and the sea

From the heights of this elevation, where the land overlooks the sea and the view opens onto the Gulf of Naples and the Sorrento Peninsula, Astapiana is a place of peace and authenticity. Here, among centuries-old olive trees and walls steeped in memory, the pace slows down, inviting you to rediscover the pleasure of tranquility. Every detail tells a story, an art of hospitality that welcomes guests as friends and offers them a timeless experience of well-being.

Four Centuries of History

Astapiana’s roots reach back to Roman times. Later, in 1604 it became a Camaldolese monastery, then a royal site, refuge of Joachim Murat in 1815. Since 1822 it has belonged to the Giusso family, who still preserve its history today. Within its walls have stayed royal families, including the Bourbons, and distinguished Nobel Prize winners. Today the residence continues to be a crossroads of culture and beauty, also serving as a film set

Villa Giusso and the Museum

The heart of the Estate, Villa Giusso preserves the charm of bygone times: monastery, Crown Place, factory, Manor House: you can find at Villa Giusso the heritage of four century of changement. In addition to the bedrooms and the historic kitchen with eighteenth-century majolica, it houses a museum that tells the story of its transformation, from hermitage to noble residence. Every room, every object bears witness to four centuries of history, offering a journey through the memory of this unique place.

The Farm

At 420 meters above sea level, the farm extends over 14 hectares among olive groves, vineyards, vegetable gardens and chestnut woods. Here are born the excellences of the territory, such as the Campanian melannurca apple IGP, the Sorrento walnut IGP and the Sorrento lemon, the extra virgin olive oil DOP Sorrento Peninsula. The farm is also an educational farm.

The Bioenergetic Park

Within the Estate is La Collina Incantata, the bioenergetic park. An authentic wellness refuge immersed in 110,000 square meters of nature. Here, over forty bioenergetic areas offer beneficial effects for body and mind, creating an experience of profound regeneration.
