Our Cuisine
farm-to-tableOur cuisine is made with locally sourced ingredients, an act of love for the land, its traditions, and the authentic hospitality of rural Campania. Every dish is born from the products of our farm and local producers: fragrant oil, intense cheeses, preserves that capture the flavours of the seasons, and vegetables ripened in the sun.
Inspired by recipes passed down from generation to generation, our cuisine is an act of love for the land and those who inhabit it, a gesture of care that welcomes guests with authenticity and warmth. Because food is not just nourishment, but a language that tells stories, strengthens bonds, and celebrates the beauty of sharing.
Settings of Taste and Memory
The Ritual of the TableThe ancient majolica kitchen
The beating heart of Villa Giusso
The kitchen dates back to the 17th century, the work of Camaldolese monks. Here, among the luminous ceramics, the warmth of the fire, and the aroma of freshly prepared dishes, the day begins with a buffet breakfast. On colder evenings, we gather for dinner in an intimate and familiar atmosphere.
The Panoramic Loggia
Outdoor dinners
At summer sunset, dinner moves here, under the sky that turns golden, among the greenery that fades into the horizon. This evocative place was chosen by Paolo Sorrentino, Oscar and Golden Globe-winning director, as a film set for the movie E’ Stata la Mano di Dio (The Hand of God), testifying to its unique atmosphere and timeless beauty.
An Exclusive Experience
